Karen Marie King, 69, of Butler, PA, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot, PA. She was born January 24, 1946 in Arnold, PA, the daughter of the late Joseph James Noel and Rose P. (Kutzer) Noel. Surviving are 3 daughters, Jacqueline R. Curtis of Slippery Rock, Lisa M. (David) Rodino of Arlington, WA, Jennifer N. (Michael) Fletcher of Butler; and a son, James Smythe, IV of Butler; 6 grandchildren, Dacia, Christopher, Christina, David, Kimberly and Zechariah; her sister, Patricia Moore of Lower Burrell; her brothers, Vincent Noel of Sarver and Dennis Noel of New Kensington. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gary Ray King, Sr. who died November 5, 2012, her brother James Noel and her sister Barbara Noel. Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 9 AM until 10:30 AM followed with Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 1660 N. Main St. Ext., Butler, PA at 11 AM with Rev. Nicholas J. Argentieri officiating. Private interment in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
