Norma Jean Coccari, 86, of Butler, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2015 at her Butler residence. She was born in Butler Township, the daughter of the laet Richard E. and Laura E. (Gibson) Miller. In her later years, the highlight of her life was remembering when she had attended Meridian Elementary. Norma had worked as a Supervisor for 20 years for the PA Department of Public Welfare. Surviving are her two daughters, Rebecca Tree of Cranesville, PA and Anita Stricklin of Butler; 1 grandson; several nieces and nephews; and her close friend, Cherie Freeland of Butler. Norma was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters. Private services and burial.
