Grief Support Resources

Every person must cope with loss of a loved on his or her own terms.

The emotional upheaval these trying times can cause is sometimes so overwhelming that even the support of friends and family may not help relieve the amount of sadness and grief you feel.

Young Funeral Home recommends the following aftercare grief programs in our community:

»  VNA - Community Bereavement Services

Support and Education Programs for the bereaved and seriously ill are offered locally through the Visiting Nurses Association. Call the Bereavement Coordinator at the VNA Community Bereavement Center for information about current programs 724-431-3520 or visit our website at www.vna.com.

»  Highmark Caring Place - Warrendale
